Intranet redesign Won the Gold Quill awards

We WON the 2018 IABC Gold Quill Award! What a huge accomplishment, super proud of the work and the team. This intranet redesign project took over a year to finish, with limited budget and resources. I oversaw the visual look n’ feel and UI interface, also I created 3-phase engaging and high-impact marketing campaign creatives. After the revamp, daily visits increased by 18%. 84% of employees say they love the new design. In addition to winning the Gold Quill Award, we also received the “CEO Team Excellence Award.”
